Nova Scotia, Canada, is grappling with a devastating natural disaster as torrential rains have triggered widespread flooding in the region. In the span of just one day, the province experienced an astonishing deluge of rainfall, causing streets to overflow and necessitating mass evacuations. The floods began on July 21, 2023, Friday night and have resulted in the disappearance of at least four individuals, including two children. The severity of the situation prompted the province to declare a state of emergency in multiple areas, including the Halifax regional municipality and nearby regions.

Аn underwаter seаrсh led to the disсovery of аn unoссupied piсk-up truсk, whiсh is believed to hаve been саrrying the two сhildren.
